“Staying with my brother in law and went along to get a iso harness for my T5. I was greeted by a very nice guy who without asking came out looked at my stereo, wiring, etc tested everything then told me I didn't need what I came for and it was all good.. I have never come across customer service and honesty like this from a business before. Nothing was to much bother. When I'm down from Scotland again I will be straight there for what I need...
